Over the course of my life so far, I have played a variety of different sports. From soccer to netball, field hockey to rugby union, I have had a go at them all. Unfortunately, I do not have the best coordination on the planet, which means I have also sustained a few sports-related injuries. Several years ago I started seeing a chiropractor to help repair my body, and I was really pleased with what I learned.
